1. You will buy anything—and I mean anything—with an Om sign on it.
2. You suddenly find yourself empathizing with that jerk that cut you off on the freeway. After all, he is a spark of the Divine, too.
3. You’d rather attend a yoga class than do other things you once did for entertainment, such as going to a bar or a movie.
4. You practice yoga awareness when you eat, talk, work, rest, and play.
5. When you finally wear a hole in your yoga mat you are so proud of yourself you show it off to all of your friends—like a yogic badge of honor.

I knew when
1.I started to do asana's in my classroom while lunchbreak (I'm a teacher)
2.I considered having a ohm-sign tattoo (still tattoo virgin)
3.I came home in the early morning hours and couldn't go to bed before my 'evening' asana's
4.I bought a yoga cookbook on amazon
5.I felt prana through my veins in halasana
Great topic! Kristina

Yoga is a way of life. These poses put moderate weight on the arms and shoulder bones and build good isometric strength in the pectoral muscles (chest), deltoids (cap of shoulder), and triceps (back of upper arm). All of these muscles must be strong for arm balances.
